Data Analyst – B2C

About the Role:

We are looking for a data wizard to join our Data Analytics team as part of our Data & Advanced Analytics department.

As a data analyst your focus would be in supporting our B2C division by using your curiosity and technical knowledge to extract actionable insights from terabytes of data. You will also interact with data warehouse developers, data engineers and other key stakeholders to maintain the data ecosystem up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Key role in creating and maintaining dashboards using Power BI that display key performance indicators which are used across the company;
• Work closely with analysts from other departments on defining and implementing solutions for new reporting needs, offer support regarding data inquiries;
• Leverage analytical applications to translate data into stories and explain the meaningful conclusions of the analysis in written verbal and visual form;
• Answer to ad-hoc data requests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant analytical experience in a Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst/Business Intelligence Developer position;
• Previous experience using SQL to manipulate large volumes of data;
• Previous experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or Qlik);
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Ability to present data analysis results using storytelling capabilities;
• Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
