As a Data Analyst (m/f/*) In The EMEA DS Sales Excellence Team, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• EMEA DS data analysis including internal data and external raw data to provide data-based insights to drive growth and increase share of wallet
• Advanced Analytics: Perform complex data analysis using Power BI's DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query to deliver actionable insights
• SQL Expertise: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Work closely with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines are in place.
• Snowflake Integration: Work with Snowflake databases for data storage, retrieval, and transformation. Optimize SQL queries to efficiently extract and manipulate data within Snowflake.
• Power BI Security Model: Implement and manage Power BI security configurations such as row-level security (RLS) to ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable Power BI solutions.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent data by performing data validation and quality checks.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for faster load times and overall better performance.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for Power BI dashboards, data models, and security configurations. Train end-users on the use of Power BI reports and features.
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Profound experience in Power BI development and analytics
• Profound experience in Power BI or BI Tool’s development with proven experience in building dashboards and reports from scratch
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and related tools such as Power Query and DAX for advanced calculations
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning integration into Power BI
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large data sets
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices to ensure clarity and usability of reports and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
