Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS or Android apps.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code using Swift or Kotlin.
• Build user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance interfaces using SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs in collaboration with backend teams.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes (App Store / Play Store).
• Optimize app performance, debug crashes, and proactively monitor quality.
• Drive experimentation with A/B testing, analytics, and user engagement strategies.
• Participate in Agile rituals, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in the English language (at least B2 in speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• iOS: Strong in Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode.
• Android: Proficient in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Studio, and Coroutines.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
• Experience with GraphQL, REST, and modern API integration.
• Knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, and mobile DevOps.
• Skilled in performance tuning, crash analytics, and debugging tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Firebase Crashlytics).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with greenfield and migration projects.
• Exposure to App Store / Google Play submission workflows and guidelines.
• Previous work in B2B or high-scale app environments.
• Awareness of mobile security best practices (data encryption, secure storage, authentication).
