Network Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Routing & Switching Engineer with over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and scalability within a multicultural team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust network solutions to support enterprise operations.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing, switching, and connectivity.
• Configure and maintain routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs) and enforce network security measures.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and evaluate new technologies/tools.
• Work with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network hardware.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Document technical processes and escalate issues to management as needed.

Essential Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in Network Design & Implementation
• Proficiency in Routing & Switching Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar devices
• Security implementation (ACLs, compliance)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a multicultural team
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication
• Organizational skills with keen attention to details

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with ITSM tools and frameworks
• Knowledge in Network Security Compliance
• Proficiency in Network Maintenance and Upgrades
