What we achieve together

Join a local cross functional development team to maintain and deliver already existing products or create new products that are used by Sales, Marketing and Services division located in Germany. You will work closely with other team members (project managers, testers, developers, architects), liaising with internal stakeholders, working in a cutting-edge technology environment with quick delivery cycles. More specifically, you will be:

  • Participating in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Enforcing coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
  • Ensuring software can handle high traffic and scalability
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Ensuring application security (e.g., authentication, encryption, secure coding practices)

What makes us successful together

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with Java-based development framework (Spring, Spring Boot, J2EE) and front-end development framework (React, VueJS, Angular).
  • Know-how and skills: You are familiar with development aiding tools (e.g. Maven/Gradle), version control (e.g. Git, Subversion), concepts such as MVC, OOP, RESTful, and ORM. Additionally, you have some knowledge of mobile device application development (Swift) and PHP framework (Symfony/Laravel). Ideally you are familiar with development and deployment of cloud-based products.
  • Nice to have: You understand application containerization technologies (e.g. Docker) and integrating external API services
  • Personality: You can work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Language skills: You speak English fluently and ideally also have conversational Polish skills
