Job Summary

We are looking for a full-stack web developer to join our Growth team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving technical and product strategies, operations, architecture, and execution for one of the largest sites in the world.

Job Responsibilities

· You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute the product and business strategy.

· Your focus will be on building novel products and features that enhance user experiences.

· You will contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.

· Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of motivated engineers, contribute to standards that improve developer workflows, and mentor junior engineers to help them grow their technical expertise.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to execute product and business strategy

· Develop novel products and features for othe nboarding experience.

· Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch

· Review code, design documents, and provide feedback on product specifications and mocks

· Contribute to improving developer workflows and recommend best practices

Essential Skills

· Minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily focusing on developing user-facing, reusable UI components, managing application state efficiently, and optimizing performance in one or more general-purpose programming languages, preferably Javascript, Typescript, Golang and Python

· Knowledge of GraphQL, REST, HTTP basics, and the ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on schedule

· Entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed, innovative, and thrive in fast-paced environments

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with remote teams and communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences

· Technical leadership experience

Other Details

· Timing:- 4hrs of overlap with PST time zone (e.g :- 10am - 1pm PST)

· Work from home opp.

· Payment made based on only hours worked. Candidates need to take care of all statutory compliances and taxes by themselves.

· Most of the jobs require 8 hrs of work per day, hence they can't do dual employment and have to fully commit to the role.
