COO & Co-Founder Opportunity – EDGE (Early-Stage SaaS)

EDGE is a B2B SaaS platform built for sales teams, agencies, and outbound-driven organizations. After a NOK 2 million product investment and two signed pilot customers, we’re at a key turning point: the core product is live, we’ve built a strong team and lead base, but we need a COO to help in the next phase, and bring in fresh energy, capital, and commercial focus.

We’re now looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial COO with the network, capital, and execution power to drive EDGE into growth.

• A functioning SaaS platform with early traction and warm prospects
• Two signed pilot customers (Xcruiter and 24Seven)
• 71 companies introduced to the product and in CRM
• A senior, C-level founder team ready to support your transition
• A strong network of potential customers and advisors
• Shareholders open to converting into customers or bridge investors

You:

• Know how to build and close a pipeline, or can bring in someone who does
• Have experience leading or scaling B2B SaaS companies (early stage or GTM phase)
• Can build and motivate a team even under financial pressure
• Have a strong network in sales, marketing, recruiting, or SaaS
• Understand how to simplify product strategy and drive UX improvements fast
• Can work pragmatically with limited resources to create real momentum
