Data Governanace Analyst

We are hiring Data Governance Analyst to join one of our major clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Employment Type - 12 months & Extendable contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance analyst to drive data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5- 9 years of experience in data governance or related areas, with a strong technical background and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or related fields.
• Expert in Power BI reporting.
• Exposure to Informatica IDMC and Azure components (Azure Data Bricks, PySpark).
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Exposure to CRM Salesforce and Oracle Fusion.
• Experience working in private sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data governance policies, and standards.
• Develop and monitor data quality rules and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, quality, and security of data across the organization.
• Expertise in creating power BI reports
• Conduct regular assessments of data quality and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work with other team members/stake holders to build a strong data governance culture within the organization.
• Support data integration and analysis initiatives.
