We’re hiring a skilled Senior Java Developer to join our client's innovative team in Canada. If you're passionate about building reliable, high-performance backend systems and enjoy solving real-world problems, this role is for you. The ideal candidate should have at least 6–8 years of industry experience.
Your Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various applications.
- Optimize performance and ensure system stability in production.
- Take part in architecture reviews and improve service scalability.
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with teams to define solutions and deliver new features.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Strong background in Java development with experience in microservices.
- Solid knowledge of REST API design and integration.
- Hands-on experience with any cloud service, like AWS services or Azure.
- Experience with Terraform for continuous delivery
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing performance.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
