Senior Python Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid – 3+ days onsite/week)

Are you a Python expert who thrives in full stack development and wants to own your work end-to-end? We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer ready to step into a lead contributor role and take over an existing high-impact application.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient, scalable systems using Flask , SQLAlchemy , and modern DevOps tools — while also having the flexibility to grow into future technologies like Angular or Java .
What You’ll Work On
- Maintain and enhance a multi-platform web API that tracks system migrations (apps, data centers, etc.).
- Build high-performance back-end services using Python, Flask, Flask-SQLAlchemy, Blueprints .
- Ensure efficient coding practices to reduce resource and DB load.
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Git, Jenkins, and Maven .
- Write and optimize SQL queries for MS SQL databases.
- Contribute to full-stack features with optional front-end work (HTML5, TypeScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular 9+).
- Own your code—from development to testing to deployment.
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Flask , Flask-SQLAlchemy , and API development.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines .
- Comfortable querying and working with MS SQL databases.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus (Angular 9+, TypeScript, Bootstrap).
- Bonus if you’ve used: FastAPI, Jinja2, Waitress, pyjwt, NumPy, Pandas, pyodbc .
- Version control with Git/GitHub .
- Agile mindset with the ability to work independently as a sole contributor .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- High-impact role with ownership of a critical internal application.

- Clear path to full-time conversion .
