What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development on distributed systems.
  • A strong passion for software development productivity and how AI can enhance it.
  • A fundamental understanding of GenAI technologies, their capabilities, and limitations.
  • Knowledge of using AI frameworks for developing Agentic Workflows.
  • Track record of designing, building and delivering innovative software in a research and development environment.
  • Experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI solutions on cloud infra (AWS, GCP, or similar)
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in an environment with evolving priorities.

How you will lead

  • Research and continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance software development productivity.
  • Contribute to the development of an AI platform focused on code generation and developer assistance.
  • Develop AI-powered tools that understand and leverage Intuit's technology, design principles, and coding best practices.
  • Create documentation, tutorials, and examples to facilitate the adoption of AI tools by developers.
  • Follow product requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Drive technical excellence and innovation within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of AI tools through automated testing and rigorous development practices.
  • Monitor and maintain production systems, responding promptly to incidents and issues.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is

Bay Area California $165,500-$223,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
