Agile Coach

Required: US Citizen/ Permanent Resident

Position Description

The Agile Coach provides consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices to enhance Agile software development practices. This individual identifies organizational impediments to successful Agile transformation and works to effectively resolve them. The Senior level role may manage others.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on Agile practices.
• Provide coaching on Agile practices.
• Provide training on Agile practices.
• Identify organizational impediments to successful Agile transformation.
• Work to effectively resolve organizational impediments.
• (For Senior level) May manage others.
  
  

Requirements

Education:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in area of specialty.
  
  

Experience

• Agile Coach (Junior):
• General Experience: Must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
  
  

Agile Coach (Senior):

• General Experience: Must have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience.
