Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who can build, maintain, and optimize reporting infrastructure and front-end UI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QlikSense, Tableau (optional), SQL, and Python/R, and should be comfortable handling large datasets while ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and visualization effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports in QlikSense and Tableau (optional).
• Design and manage the reporting infrastructure, ensuring high performance and usability.
• Build and maintain codebases for reporting automation and UI development.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Monitor data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support KPI tracking and business metrics analysis to enhance decision-making.
• Develop front-end UI components for data visualization dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years in BI analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, QlikSense, and Tableau (optional).
• BI & Reporting Expertise: Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
• Codebase & Automation: Ability to build and maintain reporting pipelines for automated insights.
• Data Modeling: Understanding of database structures, ETL, and data warehousing best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify business trends, detect anomalies, and recommend improvements.
• Excellent Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance tuning of BI tools and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Background in front-end UI development for interactive dashboards.
