We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product person, and help save millions for our customers around the world.

Here’s How You’ll Be Contributing

• Lead the product strategy and execution for Wise’s referral programs, across personal and business customers.
• Scale our referral impact by improving our in-app experience, building smarter incentive programs, and ensuring we deliver value to both new and existing customers.
• Build and evolve our internal referral platform – the foundation that powers all our acquisition loops – making it easier to launch targeted programs in different regions and segments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, CRM, and Product Marketing to deliver high-impact work that drives growth.
• Monitor and own performance – from growth metrics to user experience – and turn insights into product opportunities.
• Report to the Onboarding & Growth product director, whose role is to help you find your own path to having a big impact on the Wise mission
