Role Description

One of our clients is seeking an experienced and highly analytical UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. This is a client-facing role where you'll play a critical part in designing, wireframing, analyzing, and optimizing digital user experiences across websites, web apps, and mobile platforms. Your work will directly impact both client projects and internal initiatives, helping shape intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes and prototypes for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Conduct user research, audits, and analysis using tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, and Moz.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including web consultants, developers, copywriters, and other designers.
• Interface directly with clients to gather information and present design work.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high design fidelity in development.
• Work on internal operational design projects aimed at optimizing customer service and internal tools.
• Use a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI experience (agency, in-house, or high-level freelance).
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment; able to lead client conversations.
• Strong proficiency with graphic design, prototyping, and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, HCI, Digital Media).
• Ability to contribute to digital graphic design tasks when needed.
• A strong portfolio showcasing real-world UX/UI work across web and mobile platforms.
