Hiring: HR Assistant (100% Remote)
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-focused HR Assistant to support our people operations. This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about improving how teams hire, track performance, and grow.
The Role
Your mission is to ensure our HR systems and processes run fast, clean, and smart — and continuously get better. You will help manage hiring pipelines, team monitoring, and HR documentation while spotting inefficiencies and proposing better ways to operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively reach out to qualified candidates and publish job posts on time.
- Interview Coordination: Screen applicants and manage the interview process.
- Team Monitoring: Review weekly productivity reports and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Propose and implement at least one HR system or process upgrade each month.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Outreach Volume: Send 200+ DMs/day to qualified candidates.
- Candidate Progression: Move 100% of screened candidates to the next step within 24 hours.
- Reporting Compliance: Submit 100% of Hubstaff reports on time with at least one weekly insight or suggestion.
- Process Innovation: Deliver one system/process improvement per month with a measurable benefit.

Who You Are

Must-Have Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Structured thinker with experience improving workflows.
- Self-sufficient and able to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using Slack, Hubstaff, Coda, and related tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with automation or system optimization tools.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
- Experience with high-volume, fast-paced team operations.

Commitment:
