We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead to lead and deliver enterprise-grade low-code applications using Neptune and SAP platforms. This is a hands-on, senior-level contractor position. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in SAP (preferably HR module), full-stack development, and hands on experience working with Neptune low-code environment.
Location: Remote (Europe-based) for Senior candidates
Preferred countries: Finland or Portugal
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise low-code applications.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers focused on Neptune platform.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Review and oversee code quality, architectural decisions, and technical implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and technical debt during project execution.
- Participate in daily task reviews, sprint planning, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure deliverables are met on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead in enterprise application development.
- Hands-on SAP development experience, preferably with the SAP HR module.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration and integration (considered a strong plus).
- Familiarity or experience with Neptune DXP platform.
- Comfortable leading development using Neptune low-code platforms
- Strong architectural skills and experience reviewing and designing scalable applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Neptune DXP and/or OutSystems (considered a plus).
- Previous experience delivering low-code solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working remotely across distributed teams.
