You’ll be the first proper product hire at a consumer tech company that’s scaling fast. The engineering team is strong, the users are engaged, and there’s a big new feature ready to be shaped, shipped, and grown.

There’s no formal product structure. Yet. The CTO’s been covering it, but it’s time for someone to own the roadmap, define the MVPs, and make sure product decisions aren’t based on who shouts loudest.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Take over the roadmap and lead delivery of a new feature that touches both sides of the platform
• Talk to users, merchants, and GTM to figure out what matters and what doesn’t
• Run sprints, manage backlogs, and cut through noise to keep momentum
• Work closely with a dedicated designer and 10+ engineers
• Build the product muscle in a team that’s been shipping fast without it

Who You Need To Be

• 5+ years in product, with full ownership of at least one build-launch-grow cycle
• Sharp on discovery, clear on what makes an MVP an MVP
• You’ve worked in B2C or B2B2C, bonus if you know your way around payments, consumer marketplaces, or similar
• You can prioritise without a 60-slide deck
• You’re calm when things get messy and clear when people aren’t

• Office in Dublin (they’re hybrid, not remote-first)
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, product dashboards
• Team: Designer, GTM, CSM, Analyst, engineers
