Human Resources Assistant

Location: Dublin City Centre

Hybrid: Yes - one day from home

Compensation: Salary is DOE + bonus and development incentives.


ACCPRO have partnered with an established but growing firm, within the development industry, to recruit for a HR Assistant/Administrator. The role will report into the HR lead and offers the opportunity to influence and support all key HR functions.


Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for employee queries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Arranging contracts, recruitment paperwork, updating employee handbook and employee benefits
  • Assist with payroll support
  • Support recruitment processes
  • Assist with Learning and Development initiatives
  • Oversee health and safety policies
  • Book all mandatory training across the organisation
  • Assist with culture initiatives across the business


Requirements:

  • Business Admin or HR degree
  • CIPD qualification a bonus
  • 2 years experience in a similar role - HR/Admin
  • Excellent communication skills
