Business Environment Analyst

• Analise Lithuania’s business environment
• Carry out research on investment-climate-related issues
• Generate insights how to increase Lithuania’s competitiveness
• Conduct economic impact assessments of investments attracted by Invest Lithuania
• Contribute to the review and development of investment incentive measures
• Provide analytical rational to support investment climate improvement initiatives
• Contribute to data driven reports and white papers.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as analyst, researcher, consultant, or in similar positions. Experience in a business consulting firm is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to learn and ability to apply different economic impact evaluation methodologies (e.g. policy options assessment, impact evaluation to public finance, and cost-benefit analysis).
• Advanced competence in MS Excel with experience in data analysis. Expertise in data analysis tools and software would be beneficial.
• Strong writing skills to craft clear and concise analytical content, reports, and recommendations.
• Proficiency in designing compelling presentations that convey key findings and messages.
• Knowledge of best practices for visualizing data to enhance understanding and decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Optimism, adaptability, and the ability to see the big picture.
