DATA/BI Analyst

inulti, a rapidly expanding performance marketing powerhouse, is on an exhilarating growth trajectory. We're seeking a DATA/Business Intelligence Analyst to join our ambitious team. This role is crucial in using data to create clear, practical insights and strategies, directly impacting our marketing and business development initiatives to enhance media effectiveness and maximize advertising ROI.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Insightful Analysis: Decipher operational performance, deliver impactful insights, and recommend strategies to boost the efficacy of Commercial Operations and our partners.
• Data Visualization and Modeling: Develop and manage dashboards and predictive models, providing the business with crucial data visualization and monitoring tools across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Standardize Metrics: Create business and product metric definitions in curated and optimized datasets.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Business Expertise: Strong ability to understand business needs, translate complex data into clear strategies, and solve business problems to drive commercial success.
• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of analytics experience, with a proven ability to deliver actionable business insights.
• BI Tools Expertise: Experience with SQL and Tableau or Power BI, or similar BI tools, is relevant, with capability in data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on data accuracy and delivering reliable, high-quality insights.
• Additional Advantage: Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or Python is a plus but not required.

Salary:
