Ampstek is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support a key Decommissioning Project in Luxembourg. If you have a strong background in business requirement gathering and legal archiving, this could be a great fit for you!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Draft business and application requirement specifications for Legal Archiving and Legal Hold, based on inputs from SMEs and business stakeholders.

Define metadata structures and metadata rules for archived records and documents in the Legal Hold solution.

Ensure metadata enables efficient search and retrieval for investigative purposes.

💻 Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of SQL

🏦 Banking Domain Expertise:

Mandatory:

General banking knowledge

Familiarity with legal archiving practices

Preferred:

Exposure to Wealth Management / Private Banking

Experience with Institutional Banking

⚙️ Tool Knowledge:

No specific tools required, but knowledge of core banking or CRM applications is a plus.
