Innovation Manager

As a B2C team, we are continuously working on improving our brand experience and omnichannel shopping experience to make shopping easy, inspiring and personal – resulting in loyal customers. To achieve this goal, the DIGITAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT team is an important link. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a forward-thinking and creative Innovation Manager with a strong passion for new technologies and improvements. As an Innovation Manager you will be responsible for identifying, implementing and driving innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, optimize business processes and enable data-informed decision-making. You will develop a DRIVING PRODUCT INNNOVATION ROADMAP & strategy, supporting it’s execution, aligning with business goals while you promote a culture of digital transformation and innovation.

JUST THE JOB

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
• Develop and maintain an innovation roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs, examples include predictive analytics, in-store technology advancements and AI-driven personalization
• Implement innovative and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs and improve the customer journey
• Stay updated on innovation trends and best practices, applying the insights to the B2C strategy and fostering an innovation and ‘test & learn’ culture
  
  

THE TEAM

You’ll be part of the DIGITAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT team, sitting in the broader B2C team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, E-commerce and Marketing, to achieve business goals and deliver a superior customer experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years proven experience in innovation management, digital transformation and/or AI implementation within a commercial organization
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning, with a track record of applying them to solve business challenges
• You have good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present innovative and complex ideas clearly
• You are forward-thinking, a creative problem solver with a passion for new technologies, methodologies and for continuous improving
