About the Role:


Within the CIB 2S Transformation team, the coach is working on 2 axes:


  • Inside his dedicated Transformation Squad, the Coach is assisting collaborators and teams (with IT and Non-IT collaborators), with the objective to encourage the optimization of their work methods and behaviors for a better application of their responsibilities. He / she is supporting the transformation by adopting new methodological, organizational, and/or technical practices.


  • Collaborating with all the Transformation team, the coach is contributing to the CIB 2S Transformation project by leading / participating to transversal subjects (e.g.: TOM, setting up new tools, building communities, creating, and setting up new processes, …).



Main Tasks:


Propose a coaching plan:


  • Analyze and make clear the coaching request


  • Lead the interviews necessary for the mission framing


  • Define the coaching mission


  • Plan and estimate the mission within organizational and budget constraints


  • Propose follow-up indicators for the mission


Lead a coaching mission:


  • Bring guidance


  • Help with the adaptation to new practices, techniques, and tools, aiming at easing the steering of activities


  • Lead interviews and facilitating the necessary workshops for the mission continuity


  • Support the team upskilling


Ensure the continuity of the mission:


  • Measure the efficiency of the coaching plan


  • Adapt the plan, if required


  • Identify risks and issues, and propose remediation plans


Guarantee the creation and maintenance of his knowledge and skill base:


  • List, capitalize on and share the good practices and techniques


  • Identity improvement areas


  • Maintain and develop his / her professional network


Knows "Software Craftsman" principles and:


  • Knows the principles of clean code and apply them effectively.


  • Understand the OO principles, DDD, design patterns and best practices such as SOLID principles


  • Are familiar with Test Driven Development (TDD) (have practical experience is one very good, nice to have).




Technical Skills:


  • Master coaching techniques


  • Master methodological, organizational, and technical domains where the intervention scope is needed (e.g.: Scrum, DevOps, Lean, …)


  • Master workshops and meetings facilitations techniques


  • Relational capacity at all levels of the organization


Language Skills:


  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Deployment principles (Jenkins or alternative)


  • Knowledge of SAST (such as SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ or alternative)


  • Knowledge of Docker, Container and Groovy You participate in API automation testing because you consider it part of your development activities


  • Test management
