Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze business requirements to create reporting and data analysis solutions;
  • Design and develop data solutions (data warehouses, data marts, dashboards and reporting systems);
  • Create and maintain data models, reports and interactive visualizations;
  • Working in collaboration with IT teams to ensure effective data integration and management;
  • Helping business teams interpret insights and make data-driven decisions.

Essential Skills

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role;
  • Solid experience in SQL for data analysis and extraction;
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or libraries such as matplotlib;
  • Knowledge of statistics and tools such as R or Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.);
  • Experience in the Pharma area is mandatory;
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets;
  • Experience in data preparation and cleaning;
  • Good communication skills to share insights with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good knowledge of English.
