The Graphics Production Designer is responsible for the execution of a wide range of graphic assets that include point of sale, corporate communications, out of home, digital, ecommerce, brand related and other sales materials. Responsible for understanding brand worlds, brand tone, brand guidelines and brand voice for the Molson Coors portfolio and developing concepts and designs that are within guidelines, legal requirements and are technically achievable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design and development of retail and point-of-sale materials, including displays, signage, promotional materials, and packaging collateral
• Responsible to accurately scale up and down artwork sizes, respecting all project timelines and specifications
• Prepare work by gathering information and materials, referencing brand guidelines, supplied brief, stimulus
• Ensure that all artwork complies with industry-specific and regional specific requirements and regulations
• Work closely with the Marketing Production Team Lead, Sr Graphic Designers and Studio team on conceptualization and development of artwork and to maintain brand standards
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Demonstrate strong collaboration as a team member, and excellent communication abilities
  
  

Skills & Relevant Work Experience

• Advanced English
• 2 years proven experience in graphic production/ design
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign)
• Outstanding attention to details
• Agile and work with a strong sense of urgency
• Capable to manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Ability to interprets information’s with creative flair, originality, and a strong visual and technical production sense
• Strong organization and communication skills
• While not mandatory, prior experience with marketing graphic design with CPG company
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus
