Organization Unit Purpose

Group Retail Credit is the Credit Policy, Strategy & Analytics unit for Retail Lending covering Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Overdrafts and SME.

Job Purpose

To be part of a team of Analysts / Statisticians / Database Managers in devising, developing, and enhancing MIS and analytical reports. Build comprehensive data platform & analytics pack for all Products.

Job Content

1. Assisting the maintenance of operational frameworks and tools that cater to the efficiency of credit life cycle

Engage in the framework development phase as and when required
Responsible for the timely monitoring of all credit related frameworks
Preparation of related framework process documents
Publish the monitoring and validation results to the higher management
Active participation during the implementation and troubleshoot stages of credit decision frameworks and optimization programs in the credit decision engine

2. Responsible for the credit bureau and other framework related repository

Ensuring that the credit bureau variables are in line with the agreed logics
Timely update of the credit bureau repository
Regular management of all group level credit repositories

3. MIS reports and retail analytics support

Regular analysis on the credit decision at product level
Deep dive analysis on the sourcing trends and related impact assessment on credit frameworks and tools
Active engagement in the credit lifecycle including the underwriting and remedial actions by providing analytical insights
Identifying the yield and loss trend on the portfolio
Deep dive on any portfolio deterioration

Education

Graduate or above

Experiences

Required, 3 to 5 years working experience
