Key Responsibilities

This critical role will be responsible for managing reporting, facilitating communication, and enforcing best practices across a portfolio of initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
- Leads Cost-Effective Strategies
- Develop and manage cost-effective initiatives across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Product Line Managers (PLMs) and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and identify cost-efficiencies.
- Ensure achievement of targets and timely execution
- Drives Reporting and Alignment
- Consolidate and prepare detailed reports on project performance and budget utilization.
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key initiatives.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with broader business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Facilitates Communication and Risk Management
- Act as the primary liaison between teams and leadership, ensuring seamless communication.
- Identify, monitor, and escalate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and oversee mitigation plans to address challenges proactively.
- Ensures Project Consistency
- Enforce portfolio-wide project management best practices to drive consistently high-quality outcomes.
- Support reporting and updates for senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency across all levels.
- Provide guidance and support to teams on operational execution and strategy alignment.
- Proven track record in cost-efficiency initiatives and portfolio management.
- Strong project management skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to synthesize data and create actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in e.g. manufacturing, technology industries.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
