Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee and enhance project governance, execution, and coordination across teams. The PMO will be responsible for ensuring efficient project delivery, maintaining compliance with project frameworks, and optimizing processes to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to improve project efficiency and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments, mitigation planning, and issue resolution strategies.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance evaluations for leadership teams.
• Support project portfolio management and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus).
• Experience in Cyber Secuity will be advantage
• Proven experience in project management, governance, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across various departments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent).
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
