UX/Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Product Designer (Full Stack UX) to join a long-term healthcare project. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end design—from discovery and ideation to prototyping, execution, and validation—within a collaborative, agile environment.

Your tasks

• Estimating and reviewing design effort with cross-functional input
• Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams on user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participating in CXSD rituals and using shared tools for streamlined delivery
• Creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Documenting and handing over approved design outputs to development teams
• Performing design reviews on development output for consistency and quality
• Gathering business and customer needs to inform design decisions

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI design, interaction design (IxD), and applying design thinking to create user-centered solutions
• Skilled in user research, usability testing, prototyping, wireframing, and mapping user journeys to inform and validate design decisions
• Proficient in working with design systems, maintaining consistency, and creating data visualizations for complex information
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure effective collaboration with developers
• Adept at translating business needs and use cases into practical design solutions and managing smooth handovers to development teams
• Well-versed in Agile and SAFe methodologies, with a track record of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above), with experience facilitating co-creation sessions, design workshops, and cross-functional discussions
