Talent Strategist (HRBP) - Associate Director

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders to define talent strategy for each service line which will enable them to retain and attract top talent. Leverage people analytics team within People Operations to draw data-driven insights while defining talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define and execute workforce plans that is right size, right shape and have right capabilities to compete in future. This includes driving the appropriate supply-demand conversations in collaboration with the COO organization as well as Talent Acquisition/ Resource Management.
  • Identify key initiatives to strengthen KPMG ways of working and enhance people experience while working closely with the Culture & Experience COE to deliver on these initiatives.
  • Work closely with Leaders and People Managers to ensure effective execution of performance management, pay for performance and career progressions initiatives. These will be done in collaboration with the relevant COE team.
  • Work closely with Leaders and IDE team to evangelize our People pillar of the global IMPACT program, core to which is Inclusion and Diversity.
  • Shows a personal commitment to understanding and meeting business needs while adding value.
  • Provides on the ground support to business/different HR team for all HR policy and process related requirements.
  • Influence, drive and control delivery of HR services to business, through CoEs of recruitment, employee shared services, learning function, compensation and benefits, statutory and compliance services
  • Assesses a problem from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered in accordance to our HR policies and processes
  • Demonstrates curiosity and open mindedness to new ideas, approaches and perspectives while adding value to them.
  • Provides insights in day to day process and activities to improve upon them
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Develops lasting internal relationships by understanding the pulse of the business.
  • Sustain Culture and communication and strengthen awareness of policies, practices, Companies Values .


What we Need ?

  • Seasoned HRBP Professional having experience in consulting space .
  • Mandtory to have experience partnering with business on startegic initiatives .
  • Strong stakeholder management & heft .
