UI Designer, Brazil

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create user-friendly interfaces.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all products.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

Conduct design reviews and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with Design Systems.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with user research and usability testing.

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
