UI/UX Designer

My client is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team and take ownership of the end-to-end design process for a scalable, web-based product. This is a hands-on role that combines user research, interaction design, and visual design. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to bring concepts to life and ensure every user journey is frictionless, accessible, and visually polished.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user interfaces for new features and product enhancements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to deeply understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing.
• Champion design best practices, accessibility, and consistency across the product.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a UI/UX design role, ideally working on web-based applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your process, design thinking, and final UI work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles (WCAG standards).
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with developers and non-design stakeholders.
• Experience conducting user research and turning insights into actionable design solutions.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers.
• Motion design or animation skills for interactive UI elements.
