About

Bridge IT Engineering is seeking a Mobile Application Developer for our Federal Government client.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile solutions to the defined requirements.
• As part of a team, work collaboratively to design new components or enhancements to existing functions.
• Provide detailed technical and professional advice in relation to complex problems, including presentations and walk throughs.
• Collaborate with design and business stakeholders to provide optimal solution to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to the team with ideas for continuous improvement.
• Manage the relationship with relevant technical teams to ensure effective communication leading to prompt resolution of issues;
• Provide Business as Usual Support (BAU) when required, including the resolution and management of production defects;
• Participate and provide updates in daily stand-up meetings facilitated by Project Manager.

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent technical skills in mobile development, using MAUI, and Microsoft technologies, prior experience with Xamarin.
• Experience in developing cross-platform apps on iOS, Android and Windows.
• Strong C# understanding
• Ability to discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff, to lead system development
• Understanding of mobile development, testing environments and deployment scenarios
• Excellent business facilitation and presentation skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to research new tools and techniques
• Experience with agile methodologies
