We’re looking for a DevOps Developer with a software engineering background, solid AWS and Kubernetes experience, and a passion for high-performance infrastructure. If you’re excited about building resilient cloud environments and supporting real-time video technologies, we want to hear from you.


Your Role:


You’ll be responsible for architecting and managing cloud-native infrastructure that supports our globally distributed systems. You’ll help improve our CI/CD processes, enhance system observability, and work closely with developers to ensure fast, secure, and scalable deployments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases.
  • Design and manage infrastructure on AWS, using best practices for scalability and security.
  • Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerised applications.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system health and performance using modern observability tools.
  • Implement infrastructure security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimise workflows.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 3+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, ECS/EKS, VPC, CloudWatch).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Background in software engineering (Python, Java, C++, or similar).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Comfortable in Linux environments and using Git-based workflows.


Monitoring & Observability Tools (any of the following):


  • Sumo Logic, Splunk, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Datadog


Bonus Points:


  • Experience with video hosting platforms, streaming infrastructure, or media delivery systems.
  • Exposure to media pipelines, low-latency systems, or real-time video processing.
  • Familiarity with SRE principles, SLAs/SLIs, and cost optimisation in cloud environments.
