We’re hiring a Tech Lead to drive the future of card issuing for a global fintech platform. This role is perfect for someone who’s deeply technical, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build scalable infrastructure that powers real-world financial products.

As Tech Lead, you’ll lead a squad focused on creating, distributing, and managing virtual cards across markets. You’ll define the architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Fraud, and Finance to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance solutions. Your impact will be immediate and far-reaching.

You’ve spent 6+ years building backend systems (Java is a plus), with at least 2 years leading teams. You bring hands-on experience with card issuing platforms, and you know how to turn complex challenges into clean, scalable solutions.
