We are looking for a proactive Legal Specialist with strong experience in fintech and cryptocurrency regulations, who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, IT, and data protection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (contracts, NDAs, privacy policies, terms of use, and platform agreements).
• Support KYC/AML procedures and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Advising on regulatory matters, including GDPR, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and the Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR).
• Supporting the development of internal policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Staying up to date on relevant legislative changes and ensuring the company adapts accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on legal and compliance matters.

Skills:

• EU law degree;
• Your last job at a crypto company was related to crypto regulation;
• 3 years of adequate post-graduate experience, focusing on financial regulations within payment services or financial instruments;
• Experience from working in the financial industry at a licensed company;
• Experience working with MiFID or PSD2, GDPR, IT, and data security;
• Strong communication skills in English.

Job Type

• Full Time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cyprus time (with a 1-hour lunch break);
• Fully remote or office-based in Warsaw (Poland).
