As Senior UI/UX Designer, you craft the visual and interaction experience of Casinos.com across web and marketing surfaces. You're not just creating beautiful interfaces — you're defining how users experience trust, thrill, and expertise in one of the fastest-growing casino platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for new product features, marketing pages, and branded experiences.
- Translate Casinos.com’s unique brand voice and visual identity into interfaces that are dynamic, credible, and approachable.
- Own and evolve UI systems using tools like Figma to maintain consistency across touchpoints.
- Work with the web analyst to apply qualitative and quantitative user data to continuously refine user journeys for casual casino players and enthusiasts.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align on goals and co-create impactful solutions.
- Guide visual experimentation—from A/B-tested components that drive conversion, to homepage hero animations—balancing performance with brand flair.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and creative assets that reflect brand tone, including web components, emails, social posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Act as a brand steward across all design work, ensuring adherence to typography, color, and style guidelines rooted in Casinos.com’s identity.
- Use AI tools as part of the creative toolkit to generate character and other illustrations, and further refine these images in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in design technology and actively seek new ways AI can enhance our creative workflows, speed, and storytelling power.
- Champion design thinking across the organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in the Casino & iGaming industry, with a portfolio demonstrating digital products, web experiences, and marketing design work.
- Expertise in Figma, with knowledge of design systems/component libraries, prototyping, and user journeys.
- Experience translating brand voice and tone into cohesive, expressive visual interfaces and assets.
- Experience designing for performance: working with web analytics, marketing campaigns, and A/B testing to iterate and improve conversions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent — and a passion for integrating AI into design workflows for ideation, content generation, prototyping, and illustration.
- Understanding accessibility, responsive design, and visual storytelling across mobile and desktop.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, content, SEO, and product teams to align on goals and deliver polished results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong familiarity with design applications, proficiency in JIRA, and experience delivering solutions through Agile methodologies.
- Clear, confident communicator who can champion design thinking and speak to both the “why” and the “how” behind creative decisions.
Why Work With Us?
At Casinos.com, design moves fast, and so will you. This is a startup-style environment where no two weeks are the same, and where you'll have the space to shape more than just screens. From brand identity to custom characters, you’ll help invent and evolve how our brand speaks, moves, and feels across every touchpoint.
We don’t just keep up with tools like AI, we run with them. Whether it's smart prototyping, content generation, or our internal AI Innovation Challenge, we're constantly exploring how emerging tech can make us sharper, faster, and more creative.
You’ll have flexible brand guidelines to play with, full-stack creative freedom, and the backing of a collaborative team that actually wants to push boundaries, not play it safe. Oh, and did we mention? We’re remote-friendly, big on autonomy, and even bigger on team socials when we meet in person.
Design with purpose. Grow with tools. Build with people who care.
