Job Title: Data Scientist/Data Analytics

Responsibilities:
- Lead complex data science projects from conception to deployment
- Design and implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning models and analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design appropriate technical solutions
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for analytical prototypes and tools
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team's technical growth
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and exploration of new methodologies
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and proactively manage risks
