2D/3D Artist

Our Support and Service Team in Riga is looking for a talented and creative 2D/3D Artist to join our in-house design team. This role is ideal for an experienced artist who is passionate about digital design, animation, and experimenting with new tools such as AI to enhance visual production workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine 2D and 3D visual assets (characters, objects, environments, and textures)
• Design promotional illustrations and collages for advertising campaigns
• Develop 2D and 3D models for various internal and external projects
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent design and user experience
• Maintain cohesive style and meet quality benchmarks
• Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney) to streamline and elevate creative workflows
• Follow design guidelines and documentation
• Prepare wireframes and 3D models according to technical documentation
• Contribute to developing new visual styles and approaches
• Write and maintain related technical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in creating digital illustrations and designs
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, lighting, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
• Expertise in both vector and raster graphics
• Solid experience with Blender and at least one additional 3D package
• Experience creating animations using After Effects
• Hands-on experience with AI art tools such as Midjourney
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Nice to Have:

• Experience with animation tools beyond After Effects
• Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
• Experience working with print design and printed promotional materials
• Animate characters, UI elements, and effects using After Effects or similar tools
