JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

(Position is temporary – 1 year contract)

The Junior Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager of the PMO and provide essential support for various projects. Responsibilities include participating in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities.

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional with a background in finance and accounting, and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with project planning and execution.
• Coordinate various project activities, resources, and information.
• Facilitate effective internal communication.
• Support tracking of project milestones and assist in status reporting.
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation.
  
  

Requirments

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and proactively address issues during project implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships across the organization.
