About The Role

Hello, my name is Tadas Makčinskas, and I’m the Head of Architecture at Kilo Health. I’m excited about our ongoing journey of adopting AI across our data ecosystem and enhancing our marketing capabilities.

We’re looking for an experienced Applied AI & Data Architect to join my Architecture team. If you have hands-on experience in building AI platforms, enabling machine learning use cases, designing intelligent solutions, and engineering robust data ecosystems — I’d love to connect with you.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement a scalable, cost-efficient AI architecture that powers next-generation marketing capabilities and supports enterprise-wide AI-driven operations. You’ll also act as a solution architect, shaping smart, adaptive systems. And, of course, your work will be grounded in solid data architecture principles. This is a leadership role where you’ll ensure technical excellence while staying tightly aligned with business objectives.

Get ready to

• Design and evolve a secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI/ML platform architecture on GCP ecosystem leverage tools like Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and AutoML to enable AI use cases from experimentation to deployment
• Design AI agent–ready landscape that can support task automation, dynamic decision-making, and intelligent interactions and agent orchestration
• Architect intelligent business solutions powered by machine learning, predictive models, and real-time insights
• Integrate AI and data workflows into no-code platforms like n8n, enabling business users to activate automation and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-enabled features across marketing, product, and operations
• Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, using GCP services, RESTful APIs, and event-driven microservices
• Define and maintain foundational data warehouse models in BigQuery to support analytics and AI applications
• Ensure seamless and secure data integration across the core platform, marketing tools (e.g., CDPs, CRMs), and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Drive exploration of generative AI, real-time data processing, and emerging technologies — and scale successful experiments to production
  
  

We expect you to

• Have proven experience designing and scaling AI/ML platforms
• Have strong solution architecture skills, with the ability to design intelligent systems that connect data, ML, and business needs
• Have hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools like n8n, integrating AI models (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Gemini and similar) and AI workflows into operational use
• Have a solid background in data architecture and modeling, supporting analytics and ML applications
• Have experience building ML Ops pipelines with versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD automation in cloud-native environments
• Have a deep understanding of GCP core services such as Pub/Sub, Dataflow, IAM, and Data Catalog, with a focus on performance, security, and compliance
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of engaging business stakeholders and mentoring technical teams
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 5200 - 7800 EUR/month.

Location

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Work model: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
