If you want to:

• Own the success of multiple marketing projects from planning to execution
• Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resources
• Define and implement operational frameworks (e.g. sprints, OKRs)
• Ensure financial oversight and performance tracking of your projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party providers (agencies, creators, freelancers)
• Lead meetings: kick-offs, follow-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates
• Ensure project deliverables meet brand standards and user expectations
• Manage communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in

• Extensive experience managing digital and brand marketing projects
• A performance-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, with insight into upper/lower funnel channel synergy
• Familiarity with traditional marketing channels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with key performance metrics (e.g. ROI, CR)
• Great communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with creative thinking
