Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, you’ll work as part of a collaborative, agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver innovative software solutions. You will engage in both front-end and back-end development, contribute to CI/CD automation, and help troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.

You’ll be immersed in a dynamic environment where you can grow your technical skills, apply your analytical problem-solving abilities, and contribute to projects that make an impact across IBM’s software portfolio.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Red Hat Middleware technologies (e.g., JBoss EAP, Fuse, AMQ, Quarkus, etc.).
• Agile development experience with collaborative tooling (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud-native development and container technologies (e.g., OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of solving complex problems in production environments.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• End-to-end understanding of middleware architecture in hybrid or multi-cloud setups.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or working in community-driven development.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
