HR specialist

Proclinical is seeking an HR Specialist to join our client's team in Neuchatel, Switzerland. In this role, you will collaborate with global HR teams to implement specific projects and support the local HR Director in their execution. You will provide operational and administrative support to the local HR team, particularly in implementing and testing new tools during project phases. Additionally, you will assist in establishing and reviewing work processes and procedures, updating checklists and guides for managers and supervisors, conducting surveys, and analyzing results to develop People metrics for the department. You may also write and publish articles on current HR topics as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global HR teams on project deployment.
• Support the local HR Director in project implementation.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the local HR team.
• Assist in implementing and testing new HR tools.
• Establish and review work processes and procedures.
• Update checklists and guides for managers and supervisors.
• Conduct surveys and analyze results for People metrics.
• Write and publish articles on HR topics.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR administration; project management experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ease in human relations.
• Analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Precision, rigor, and structured approach to tasks.
• Collaborative and supportive mindset.
• Discreet, reliable, and responsible.
• Advanced B2 level proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint, Teams, and advanced Excel.
