What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Mid or Senior NOC / Network Engineer to join our team.
This position involves overseeing the coordination and resolution of more complex network connectivity incidents, managing escalations, and taking a leadership role in maintaining network stability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in network troubleshooting, incident management, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
Incident Management: Lead the triage, escalation, and resolution of high-priority network incidents.
Technical Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring network issues and implement preventive solutions.
Network Monitoring: Oversee network health using monitoring tools to detect and mitigate issues.
Collaboration: Provide updates to stakeholders and generate incident reports.
Mentoring: Guide junior team members and improve incident management processes.
What You Need To Know/have
Experience: 5+ years in network operations with expertise in managing connectivity incidents.
Languages: Fluent in English. French – intermediate (B1, B2), (additional European languages a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficient in WAN, LAN, xDSL, Ethernet, IP protocols, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network monitoring tools. IP voice technology experience.
Incident Management: Experience with incident tracking systems and troubleshooting.
Root Cause Analysis: Strong problem-solving skills and network diagnostics.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to collaborate, prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents efficiently.
