👉 Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive, dynamic, and creative Project Manager with a strong production mindset

and a passion for immersive experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle

of high-quality, location-based VR projects—balancing production needs, timelines, budgets, and

creative vision while keeping all stakeholders aligned. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced,

cross-functional environment and brings structure, clarity, and momentum to every stage of production.

Note, it is a full time on-site position.

Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end production of immersive VR projects—from concept through
• launch—applying a 360° perspective that includes business, legal, marketing, operations, and
• production considerations
• Oversee the development of promoter and partner-facing materials, ensuring they align with
• project goals, brand standards, and partner expectations
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across internal
• teams and external collaborators
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, legal, and marketing teams to ensure
• smooth project execution and unified objectives
• Develop clear and actionable project documentation, including briefs, task breakdowns, and
• progress updates to guide efficient team workflows
• Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, maintaining alignment throughout
• each project phase
• Proactively identify risks and resolve challenges, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope,
• and on schedule
• Coordinate with legal teams on contracts, production agreements, and compliance-related

• Experience in the XR field (VR, AR, Mixed Reality)
• Experience in the video game industry
• Experience with conventional productions: events, film
• production, etc
