Business Consultant

Role Description:

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify areas for process improvement, and implement effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Core Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Solution Design & Implementation:
• Translate requirements into solution designs, leveraging ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and HRSD.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze current business processes and propose optimization strategies aligned with best practices and ITIL frameworks.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Develop dashboards and generate reports to provide insights on service performance and business outcomes.
• Testing & Validation:
• Conduct functional testing, coordinate with users for UAT, and ensure the solution meets business expectations.

• Requirements gathering and business analysis
• Solution design and ServiceNow implementation
• Process mapping and optimization
• Data analysis and reporting
• Testing methodologies and validation processes

Desirable Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ITIL and other ITSM frameworks
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt to evolving client requirements quickly
