As a Software Developer at Nokia, you'll be a key player in an agile team dedicated to creating innovative software solutions that drive next-generation telecommunications. You will collaborate with architects and seasoned engineers, contributing to every phase of the product development cycle while tackling complex technical challenges. Your role will involve designing and implementing new features, optimizing system performance, and participating in code reviews. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions throughout the product development cycle.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to deliver innovative software features on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical design challenges to enhance system performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of new software features, taking ownership of the development process.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and recommend improvements to enhance product infrastructure.
- Create and maintain documentation for software/system processes and participate in code reviews.
- Coordinate with geographically dispersed teams to encourage knowledge sharing and innovation.
You have:
- Technical degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to write clean, reliable, and maintainable code
- Hands-on experience in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/Typescript
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team player attitude
- Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Familiarity with non-relational databases such as MongoDB
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with GitLab CI
- Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Podman
