HR Services Specialist UK/IRE

More about the role:

  • Issue and process employment contracts
  • Enter data into the HR system (SuccessFactors / SAP)
  • Ensure data quality and timely forwarding of payroll-relevant data to the payroll department
  • Manage employment contract amendments, internal transfers, changes in working hours, promotions, unpaid leave, retirements, and more
  • Process entries and leavings in the HR System and in collaboration with other departments (e.g., IT, facilities) and line managers
  • Monitor job descriptions and issue various agreements (e.g., training, confidentiality)
  • Assist with personnel life-changing events in collaboration with HR BP / HR Manager
  • Counsel line managers, employees, and HR colleagues in English on various topics (e.g., further education, unpaid leave, maternity leave)
  • Provide support in annual processes such as appraisals, salary, and bonus processes
  • Offer second-level support for HR systems such as the time recording system (Atoss)
  • Advise employees on HR directives, policies, procedures, and systems
  • Liaise with governmental authorities and administrations
  • Handle announcement formalities and follow up on pending cases in coordination with payroll
  • Contact authorities for social insurance matters (maternity, short and long-term sickness, pension fund, accident)
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, reception), HR BPs, HR Managers, and line managers


More about you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor), up to date HR knowledge
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with UK/Irish administration, payroll and labor law is very nice to have
  • Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
